Saner Cloud provides the flexibility to use multiple predefined report views, known as Canned Reports, as well as the option to create Custom Report views. These report views allow you to set a specific time range or backup schedule, which is helpful for analyzing data over a designated period. Additionally, you can share these report views with others and perform various operations to enhance collaboration and analysis.
Default or Canned Report Views
Canned Report views provide prebuilt visualizations of data that is stored across various tools within the cloud instance. These reports are specifically designed for monitoring the threat status in your organization.
Please note that the system does not allow modifications to the Default or Canned Report Views. However, you can modify the backup schedule and email to one or more recipients.

Custom Report Views
In addition to the standard, default, or canned report views, you can create multiple custom report views across various tools in Saner Cloud to obtain specific insights into your data. Custom report views allows you to choose the most effective way to display your information.
In Custom Report Views You Can:
1) Assign a unique label or name to the report view based on the content you want to display. For example, if you want to label it “Publicly Accessible,” you can do so to indicate the resources exposed to the external network.
2) Apply filters to the report views to display specific data in the widgets. This feature is particularly useful for troubleshooting or analyzing particular data sets.
3) Backup schedules to view and analyze data over a specified time period.
4) Distribute the report backup view to one or more email addresses.
