Monitoring System
- Any desktop system with the latest version of Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.
Saner Agent
- Any Windows or Linux or Mac OS-based system – Desktop/ Laptop/Servers with minimum 500 MB disk space and 400 MB RAM.
Patch update repository requirements:
Option 1: Clients should be configured to take updates from respective update servers.
- WSUS Server
- Yum Repository (RPM Linux)
- DPKG Repository (Debian/Ubuntu) Server
- Apple Mac OS X Update Server
Option 2: Endpoints connect to the Internet (OS vendor websites) for updates.
Antivirus Configuration Required
- Exclude Folder “C:\Program Files (x86)\SecPod Saner” from the Antivirus scan.
Note: The above requirements are the same for cloud and on-premises setup
Network rules for Cloud
- Outgoing HTTPS (443) port (Between the Saner agent and Ancor).
- Proxy server whitelisting.
- Incoming and Outgoing TCP (389 & 636) port (for Active Directory integration, Optional).
Network rules for On-Prem
- Outgoing HTTPS (443) port (Between Saner agent and Ancor)
- Outgoing HTTPS (443) port (Between local Ancor and saner.secpod.com)
- Proxy server whitelisting.
- Incoming and Outgoing TCP (389 & 636) port (for Active Directory integration)
