Saner allows two types of subscriptions for an Account.
- Auto Increment
- Custom
Auto Increment: In this type of subscription, the Account can increase the number of Saner Agent subscriptions as per demand from the total available subscriptions pool.
Custom: In this type of subscription, the Account is provided with a specified number of Saner Agent subscriptions. The Account can’t fetch additional subscriptions if the number of Saner Agent subscriptions exceeds those assigned.
Follow the steps below to change the subscription type for an Account in Saner.
Step 1: Log in to the Saner web console as an Org Admin. Click the Control panel icon located on the right side of the Unified Dashboard page.
Step 2: Click the drop-down menu on the left side of the page. Select the Organization to which the Account belongs.

Step 3: All the Accounts mapped to the selected Organization are displayed on the right side of the page.
Step 4: Click the icon to Modify Account Preferences.
Step 5: The Allowed Subscriptions option box allows you to choose between the Auto Increment and Custom subscriptions type. By default, Accounts in Saner have an Auto Increment subscription type selected. If you choose the subscription type Custom, you must provide the number of subscriptions.
The value you provide in the Custom subscription text box should not exceed the total subscriptions available for the Account.
The total number of available subscriptions is shown in red above the Allowed Subscriptions option box.

Step 6: Click the Update Button to save the subscription type as Custom.
